Cancellations and Refunds

1. No 14-day withdrawal
Our workshops are leisure activities held on a fixed date and time. Under Croatian consumer law, the 14-day right to cancel online purchases does not apply to them.

2. If you cancel
– 7 or more days before the workshop: full refund.
– Less than 7 days before, or if you don't show up: no refund.

Can't make it? You can give your place to someone else for free. Just let us know at info@sewandwine.com. Please send all cancellations and transfers by e-mail.

3. If we cancel
If we have to cancel, for example due to illness or too few sign-ups, we'll first offer you another date. If it doesn't suit you, we'll give you a full refund within 14 days of your reply.

4. Refunds
We refund you within 14 days, to the same payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. Refunds are free of charge.

5. Gift Cards
– You can return an unused gift card bought on our website within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no reason needed. To request cancellation, e-mail us at info@sewandwine.com with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your gift card purchase.
– After 14 days, gift cards can't be exchanged for cash.
– Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
– You can use it for any workshop within that time, and you're free to give it to someone else.
– Once you book a workshop with a gift card, the cancellation rules in sections 2 and 3 apply.

6. Complaints
Not happy with a workshop? Send us a complaint by e-mail to info@sewandwine.com, by post to Jabukovac 37, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia or in person. We'll confirm we received it right away and reply in writing within 15 days. If we can't agree, you can contact an out-of-court consumer dispute body: the Mediation Centre of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, Ilica 49/II, 10000 Zagreb (www.hok.hr). Otherwise, the dispute will be decided by the competent court.
